One supplier for the whole ingredient list.
Frozen fruit and vegetable programs for industrial buyers, plus pulses and dried herbs & spices from the same certified farms.

Grown where the Nile has fed the world for 5,000 years.
The Nile Delta is Egypt's most fertile land and one of the oldest continuously farmed regions on earth. Nile Delta Foods was built here — by people who farm here — to bring Delta produce to global manufacturers with the consistency, documentation and food-safety discipline industrial buyers expect.
We manage our own contract-farming programs across partner farms in the Delta and in the reclaimed lands west of Cairo, control harvest timing to the day, and process within hours of picking. That is what lets us put a season, a farm and a lot number on every carton we ship.
Everything on this page ships in a reefer.
Standard cuts and calibres listed below; custom cuts, private label and mixed-container loads on request.

IQF Frozen Fruits
Our flagship program is IQF strawberry — whole, sliced and diced, calibrated to your spec — backed by stone fruit, figs, berries and pomegranate arils from the same certified farms. Fruit is picked at full ripeness, processed the same day and frozen individually so it pours free-flowing from the carton.

IQF Frozen Vegetables
Winter-season Delta vegetables — brassicas, leafy greens, peas and beans — blanched and individually quick-frozen for soups, ready meals, retail mixes and food service. Cuts and calibres follow your specification.

Legumes
Dried pulses from Upper Egypt and the Delta, machine-cleaned and sortex-sorted, packed for industrial and retail buyers.

Dried Herbs & Spices
Egypt is one of the world's largest growers of chamomile, hibiscus, mint and seed spices. We supply tea-bag cut, crushed and whole grades from the Fayoum and Beni Suef herb belt and the Delta — organic and conventional.
Six steps. One unbroken cold chain.
Every lot is documented at each step, so a carton can be traced back to the farm and the harvest day.
Contract farming
Seed, inputs and harvest dates agreed with partner farms; fields audited and mapped for organic and conventional programs.

Buyers don't purchase strawberries; they purchase a specification. Ours is written down, agreed before the season, and checked at intake and before loading — with third-party lab analysis available per lot.

Plan your program around Egypt's seasons.
Field harvest windows for our main crops. IQF products are available year-round from cold storage; contracting during the harvest window secures the best price and calibre.
